The Richmond Rock Room is not resposible for rental cancellations due to weather, lack of participation, or any other reason(s). If the rental is not re-scheduled on or before 7 working days before the date of the agreed event. The Richmond Rock Room has the right re-schedule for another event and any deposits made by the renter of the agreement may be forfeited or fined for a specific amount not exceeding the deposit paid. The agreement is for the rental of the room for only of which it was intended for as agreed. Any changes in the event must be approved or may result in forfeiture of deposit, cancellation of the event/reservation.
